This was another 90 minute class that was a part of a "leaders as teachers" series where our Learning & Development team selected a topic and approached an internal SME about teaching the class. This particular class was a follow up to one that had been offered the year before called "Investing 101" that had been very popular.

I was the Project Manager on this project. The SME gave me a 5 page word document where he had written out his thoughts on investing that had not been covered in the Investing 101 class, and from that document I designed and developed the class. It was important to me that the learner not get lost or overwhelmed with the information, and so I designed the materials to clearly reflect where we were in the course's agenda as we went through each section. I also designed handouts for participants, as well as compiled a resource list that was sent out after the class. The course feedback surveys were overall very positive.
